The G-Funk Band are a 7-piece Funk/Disco band from Melbourne, Australia. The Band formed by accomplished musicians with years of performance experience in different bands. All band members come different music sectors and diverse Backgrounds such as Latin, Jazz, Pop, and Rock. In 2021 Gus Garces, put the The G-Funk Band together during the COVID lockdown as Funk Recording project . As a result of the encouraging response in 2023 the band has had, the enthusiasm and wiliness to its members to continue to grow as artists and entertainers. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses classic and new funk/disco covers with funky guitar, punchy horn lines and powerful lead vocal by Karsi Ganyu that delivers a power pack live show for everyone to get up and dance.
